Funding Amounts
We can make investments from seed stage through Series A. Typical investment rounds are in the range from £300,000 to £2 million. A typical investment transaction may be an initial investment of £300,000 and potentially a follow-up investment in a subsequent company financing.
Board Representation
As active investors, we will expect to join a company’s Board of Directors. We will only invest in companies that we can bring added-value and experience to, whether it be in Technology, Finance, Sales or Marketing and of course, corporate administration and governance.
