Earlier in his career, Rolls spent several years in Australia, setting up his own companies, primarily in the manufacturing and insurance sectors, before returning to the UK to bring those skills and experiences to work in London.
After his Australian years Rolls was involved in a buyout and turnaround of an IT services firm in the UK, which was then successfully sold back to its former parent. He was then directly involved in a consumer product firm that he worked on the turnaround of, and ultimate exit. He also was a significant team member of a group who purchased and ran a low tech manufacturing operation which was successfully sold.
Rolls’ history in investments, turnarounds situations and structuring merger and acquisition transactions, reflect his strong strategic skills and a natural business ability to be successful.
